Laser material processing in the automotive industry

In the automotive industry, laser processes are used for different tasks and on different materials. Laser engraving of chassis and coil springs

  • Rotary table with three positions - this allows loading and unloading simultaneously during marking, either manually or via robots
  • Variants of ∅ 70 - 200 mm and lengths of 100 - 400 mm can be covered by universally adjustable prism mounts
  • Cycle time <8 sec., marking time <5 sec. - depth up to 100 μm
  • Camera system for automatic position and height determination as well as contour determination of the spring
