CutMaster – the laser system for 3D processing gentle on material, precision cutting and marking

The CutMaster is the optimal laser machine if you want to realize different laser processes with only one system in a highly economical way. With the CutMaster, circular blanks can be cut in highest precision, chip guiding stages produced, and various materials cut and marked.


Machining hard, super hard and ultra-hard materials

The pre-cutting technology allows efficient and economical entry into the market for the processing of hard to ultra-hard materials. The cutting of PCD, PcBN and CVD blanks is realized by multiple removal of material layers. This very precise laser cutting gently on material enables cutting depths of up to 2 mm as well as cutting gaps with a defined angle and chip guiding geometries. The programming of the system is intuitive and user-friendly, so that the training period for specialist personnel is short and efficient.

RAYMAKE - the software for demanding laser precision machining

The CutMaster works with the operating and control software RAYMAKE, which was specially developed for laser processing machines from LASERPLUSS.

It supports the manufacturing process in the LASERPLUSS machines and accompanies the user through the entire production process from the specification of the part to be manufactured (geometry, production parameters, measurements) and the holder specification (pallet or turntable adapter) through the machine setup to production.

RAYMAKE has a modular structure and encompasses all aspects of production with the laser system in different views. The user can comfortably switch between the views via two menu levels within the software. This way, he is safely guided through the entire production process.
